MISDEMEANOR CRIMES

     B Misdemeanor: Punishable by up to 6 Months incarceration and a fine of $500.00.  Charges such as Driving on Revoked License are Reckless driving are examples of B Misdemeanor.

     C Misdemeanor: Punishable by up to 30 days incarceration and a fine of $50.00 or less.
